Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Erial, NJ. The PT will provide therapy services to students with physical and developmental challenges, helping them improve mobility, strength, and participation in school activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings.
Qualifications :
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Valid New Jersey PT license.
- School-based experience is preferred.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
