Job Title : Event Coordinator
Location : San Jose, CA Job Description :
- Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows
- Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are complete by the event deadlines
- Manage end-to-end logistics from contract negotiations, pre and post-marketing, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
- Represent at trade shows and other activities as needed
- Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team goals and objectives

- 2-5 years of trade show or event marketing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organization skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
- Sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Asana
