Travel Nurse RN - Home Health

Location : Roseville, MN, United States

Start date : 09-28-2025

Assignment length : 11 Weeks weeks

Minimum years of experience : 2 - previous travel experience is not required

Job type : Traveler

Shift : Day (5x8)

Certifications : BCLS / BLS

RN only - Case Manager position

Start Date : immediately

Monday - Friday 8a - 4 : 30p, no wknds

40 hours / week

12 weeks duration

Training 1 week orientation and shadowing

1 year Home Health exp. Required

Experience with Point Care and Homecare Homebase Software is required

Should be comfortable performing Oasis visits independently and confidently

Will use a web based tablet

A number of visits on in Pres Home senior living communities

Average milage 20 to 50 miles daily, Metro area
