Shift : Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW
Length : 13 weeks
Every 3rd weekend. Part time 24 hrs & every 3rd weekend, PRN- 3 shifts a month with one day being a weekend
Requirements :
- TN RN License
- 2 years experience
Other Details :
- Documentation system : Meditech
- Floating policy : On a rotating system to meet needs of hospital
- Patient Experience requirements : Triaging acute care patients, identifying life-threatening rhythms
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CNC, 6-7RN, 2 tech, 1 US
- Patient Ratios : 4 : 1 days / 5 : 1 nights
- Number of Beds : 25
- Type of equipment : Alaris Pumps, tele-tracking, Imobile Communication, B450 Monitors, Pyxis
