About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team in support of a large-scale enterprise application initiative. This individual will play a central role in architecting robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including overseeing technical requirements, integrations, and low-code / no-code development strategy. You will collaborate closely with delivery leaders, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that architectural decisions align with enterprise goals and platform best practices.

The output of this project team will include building efficient applications and workflows to reduce work duplication, simplify toolssprawland generate better datato support the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scoped applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions, aligned with ServiceNows platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architectural reviews to define scalable and supportable platform solutions.
• Guide the development team through the implementation of ServiceNow features and configurations, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Define and maintain

platform architecture artifacts, including solution architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, RBAC models, and integration architecture.
