Job Title : Production Supervisor
Location : Norfolk, Nebraska
Salary : $65-85K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Production Supervisor : The Production Supervisor will supervise all shift employees in the facility.
Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :
- Lead and supervise all production personal.
- Coordinate all daily activities.
- Work with Operators regarding all raw materials.
- Evaluate products ensuring finished product meets all quality specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs.
- Ensure daily performance and KPI’s are being met.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely completion.
- Work with Production and Process Managers.
- Complete weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs with maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company, state and federal policies.
Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor :
- High School Degree or Equivalent Required, Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of previous supervisory / management experience
- Dairy Manufacturing background is REQUIRED.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Speaking highly desired
