Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors
- Answering incoming phones and emails
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Kindly direct patients and assist in navigating them through the hospital
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience
- HS Diploma
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual is a plus!
