Director of Care Management

Our client, a well-respected and caring health organization located in Manhattan, has engaged us to assist them in finding an experienced Director of Care Management .

Day to day
In the role of Director of Care Management, you will spearhead the care management operations for our Managed Long Term Care program.
You will ensure that all activities comply with contracts, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, while streamlining operations for maximum efficiency.
Your expertise will be critical in monitoring performance against productivity standards and overseeing appropriate service utilization across the plan, in alignment with the New York State Department of Health regulations.
You will lead the development of innovative care management models to enhance care delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
ESSENTIALS
To excel as the Director of Care Management, you will need a blend of education, experience, and skills. A Bachelor's Degree and an active NYS RN license are essential foundations for this role.
With a minimum of three years of leadership experience in Care Management , your knowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations will be pivotal in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical skills are necessary to monitor productivity standards and service utilization effectively.
