Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls related to billing, policy changes, claims, and client inquiries
  • Assist clients with service needs and redirect calls to sales staff for sales opportunities
  • Identify additional sales prospects from incoming service calls
  • Make outbound calls for policy follow-ups, cancellations, and other client communications
  • Handle monthly mail-outs and administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests and follow-up tasks

Requirement

  • Candidates will be required to have an Active Property and Casualty License. You must be willing to go through training if one has not been acquired yet.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required
  • Some experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is preferred
  • Straightforward, dependable communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Passionate about relationship building and fulfilling customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to navigate company dashboards
