Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls related to billing, policy changes, claims, and client inquiries
- Assist clients with service needs and redirect calls to sales staff for sales opportunities
- Identify additional sales prospects from incoming service calls
- Make outbound calls for policy follow-ups, cancellations, and other client communications
- Handle monthly mail-outs and administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests and follow-up tasks
Requirement
- Candidates will be required to have an Active Property and Casualty License. You must be willing to go through training if one has not been acquired yet.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Some experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is preferred
- Straightforward, dependable communicator with strong organizational skills
- Passionate about relationship building and fulfilling customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to navigate company dashboards
