Summary :

Want to be part of a creative, data-driven group tackling unique marketing challenges and audiences within the building products industry?

This critical role will help lead digital transformation and strategy for a variety of channels, processes, and technologies.

Responsibilities :

Plan, develop, manage, grow and lead the overall digital marketing strategy for our clients and the agency across the following channels :

Web analytics (behavior analysis, customer journeys, conversion rate optimization)

Paid Search

Display / Programmatic

Social Advertising

Media Buying / Sponsorships

Email Marketing

  • Lead and manage our in-house team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Establish and drive benchmarks to determine effectiveness of marketing programs and define key marketing KPIs
  • Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms
  • Continuously strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, best practices and new platforms and systems to enhance client program and organizational effectiveness
  • Optimize processes and technologies across email, website analytics, ecommerce, reporting, media buying, SEO / content marketing, research and other channels
  • Communicate digital marketing best practices to internal teams
  • Assess growth opportunities per both client and agency offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams on innovative growth strategies

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Up-to-date and highly knowledgeable of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tactics, both at a strategic level and in implementation
  • Experience developing and interpreting analytics reports, and producing actionable insights
  • Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
  • In-depth experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, HubSpot, Hotjar, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, CMS integration)
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and ensuring data compliance (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
  • Understand and apply user interface / experience best practices
  • Experience and demonstrated ability blending analytical and creative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Some familiarity with basic HTML a plus
  • Highly knowledgeable of SEO principles
  • Proven written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative, in-office, team-oriented environment
