• Current RN / LPN Openings : *
• Full-time (0.8 FTE), Day shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM) with a monthly (every 4th) weekend rotation
• Compensation : *
• LPNs* starting at $28.15 / hour with experience credit up to $30.65 / hour.
• RNs* starting at $36.23 / hour with experience credit up to $38.73 / hour.

• Primary RN / LPN Day Nurse Responsibilities* :
• Direct resident care, assessment and documentation
• Administer resident medication
• Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies
• Complete transcription of provider orders
• Coordinate with long-term care pharmacy to ensure timely prescription refills
• Assist with scheduling and transportation coordination for resident medical appointments
• Charge Nurse duties as needed upon completion of Charge Nurse training
• Minimum Qualifications : *
• Current Nursing license in good standing
• BLS Certification
• Proficiency with computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EHR)
• Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary team framework
• Effective communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications : *
• Experience working with resident populations
• Mental health nursing experience
• Knowledge of mental illness and needs of the population
• Familiarity with psychotropic medications and side effects

COVID-19 considerations : PPE is provided to all employees and we follow the recommendations from MDH and the CDC. CDC guidelines for COVID-19 vaccination recommend that everyone stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines including booster doses.
