- Nursing Home Administrator position available.
- Primary responsibilities include managing long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Expected to balance mission and margin, enhance quality of care while improving financial performance.
- Seeking individuals who can strategize for growth opportunities and work effectively with a Board of Directors.
- Applicants should be able to form a partnership relationship with the Board.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of Nursing Home Administration experience is required, 4+ years is preferred.
- Desired skills include being a hard worker, resilient, managing change well, and being socially adept.
Schedule Information
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Shifts are typically 9 hours long, from 8am to 5pm.
- Evening call may be required as needed.
- Shift start and end times, weekend rotation, and holiday rotation to be discussed with the manager.
Unit Specific Information
Candidate will be managing facilities that are typically set for 50 beds / residents with a current average of 30 residents.
Additional Details
- Matrix EMR experience preferred.
- Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of an accepted offer.
