Neonatology physician employment in California :

Medical Group is seeking a BC / BE Neonatologist to join their dedicated team

• Full-time permanent position
• Neonatology service coverage, likely daytime clinical hours with possible off-hours coverage
• Level III NICU with an average daily census of 12 newborns
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams including surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology (GI), and ENT to manage complex neonatal cases
• Participate in the newborn service including direct patient care and family counseling
• Work within a collegial team environment fostering a positive work / life balance
• Engage with hospital staff and administration to maintain and improve neonatal care standards
• Must be willing to provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage
• Competitive base salary range of $240,000 - $300,000 annually
