We need to hire a General Sales Manager for our Prince George location in Virginia. We are hiring team members who know how to take care of our customers! Successful Sales Managers or Finance Managers welcome to apply along with experienced General Sales Managers.

Responsibilities General Sales Manager :
- Manages, trains, and directs the Sales Department
- Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
- Work with each salesperson and manager to obtain specific goals and objectives
- Create a positive sales culture and a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy for meeting sales goals
- Lead highly effective sales meetings
- Action-oriented and results-driven
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred
- Superior leadership and motivation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
