staffing Coordinator
Bezalel Rehabilitation is seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator for our 120 bed facility. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day staffing coordination and implmentation of a monthly calendar of schedules for the Nursing Departement.
Salary and benefits package dependent on experience. The approprriate candidate will maintian communication with all staff, be friendly and detail oriented.
Responsibilities :
- Assures that facility staffing par levels are adequate in order to meet daily patient care needs.
- Accommodate staff PTO requests. ( personal day, vacation, holiday requests, emergency etc.)
- Enforces facility staffing policies
- Maintain records and tracking of staff sick / call outs
- Responsible for monthly schedule
- Day to day staffing schedules
- Communicate with HR and staffing agencies about new hires and shifts available
- Maintain and update scheduling database on daily or as needed basis
- Communicate and report to DON about staffing challenges / staffing conflicts
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a staffing role
- Knowledge of SBV system a plus
- Prior experience in a Healthcare environment required
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and handle fast pace envrionment
