SUMMARY : The Licensed Clinical Social Worker works as part of the clinical team performing the intake process to clients referred for psychological services.

The LCSW provides psychotherapeutic services (individual, family, and group therapy) to clients according to treatment plan, goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master's Degree in Human Services Field
• Licensed to practice in the State of Florida
• Experience in assessing and counseling individual with chronic conditions.
• Must be qualified in Basic Life Support Techniques
• Personal and professional qualities to work with the staff of the health center in such a manner as to earn their confidence and respect.
