Wireless Service Provider - Join Our Team Today

Cycles Consulting is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Wireless Service Provider to forge impactful relationships with customers and increase internet services. The Wireless Service Provider will build relationships and assist the customer service and sales team to gain new customers through customized sales plans. The Wireless Service Provider will work closely with customers to also run speed tests and see what options they have.

Wireless Service Provider Responsibilities :

• Work with customers who are interested in new internet services or where new fiber and internet service are available to customers
• Assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize key locations
• Exceed sales metrics by educating customers on what internet service and speeds are available to them
• Identify, qualify, and close prospective target accounts and provide excellent service to existing customers
• Stay up to date on all internet services, promotions, and pricing
• Provide expert product knowledge presentations that showcase products and services to potential customers
• Assist the sales team to develop strategies for individual accounts
