• Required BLS (American Heart Assoc.)

• Required IEMA Radiography License Illinois
• Required Radiography (R)(ARRT)
• Required Cardiac Cath Lab Experience
• Required Interventional Radiology Experience
• Required Associate's Degree in Related Field OR Certificate in Radiologic Technology
• Required to float to all procedural areas
• Able to take call after 6 months of orientation
• Schedule : M-F : 4 / 10 hr shifts; 7 : 30AM-6 : 00PM
• On call = every 3rd weekend, Fri-Sun, 1-2 weekdays
