RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about all State Farm Insurance & Financial Services product options.
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Develop new insurance clients leads using various self developed methods and leads our agency provides, schedule insurance appointments, identify customer needs, and market & sell all State Farm Insurance products.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent communication - easily able build rapport
- Able to work in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and Energetic
- Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses REQUIRED or ability to acquire licenses asap
- Coachable - Positive attitude
- Attention to Detail
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience working in an insurance agency preferred
