A company is looking for a Medical Director responsible for providing clinical oncology expertise regarding cancer treatment and diagnostics.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform prior authorization reviews of chemotherapy treatment requests and conduct peer-to-peer consultations with treating physiciansLead quality improvement activities focused on accuracy, efficiency, and rapid uptake of emerging evidenceEngage with prospective and current customers to educate them about the company's capabilities and serve as a clinical expert for strategic initiativesRequired QualificationsMedical Doctor or comparable degree requiredBoard certification in an oncology-focused specialty and current unrestricted Medical Doctor license in good standing recognized in the United States3 years of post-training clinical practice experienceProficient in MS Office Suite
