The Sales Executive is responsible for providing customer service / sales support to key accounts and franchisees in the Northern NJ area as well as hunting new business.
The role is for a major commercial cleaning company.
Key responsibilities include :
Protecting the recurring base of customer revenues
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding attrition rate goals
Providing customer service support for accounts, including visiting clients in the field and problem resolution. Includes :
- On-site customer visits
- Managing customer complaints and issues
- Franchisee education & support
- Coordinating with suppliers and / or vendors to support customer issues
- Helping customer understand what they need
- Look for potential increases
Assisting in educating the franchisees in commercial cleaning industry techniques.
- Conducting initial education classes
- Stay informed on new chemicals, equipment and cleaning techniques
- Securing advanced training
- Coordinating vendor support for franchisees
- Franchise consulting
Developing special services revenue including floor / carpet care and paper supply sales.
Cross-selling to existing accounts :
o Floor Refinishing
o Carpet cleanings
o Window cleanings
o Hard surface floor work such as strip & wax, machine scrubbing
o Paper supplies
Coordinating start-up of accounts with sales team.
- Scheduling
- Client walkthroughs
- Contact customers after 1st cleanings
Coordinating Special Services Sales
- Scheduling
- Matching Franchisee required for execution of special services
- Coordinating Assigned Franchisee w / Special Services Franchisee
- Quality control contact after special services cleaning
