Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Planning System Implementation Project Manager to work remotely with our client, a top-tier sustainable food production company.

Responsibilities :

• Lead teams to install S / 4 HANA and migrate from Non SAP ERP to S / 4HANA throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the creation and delivery of a cohesive solution across multiple business processes. Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Trade Management, Core ERP Functions, and Business Reporting
• Lead the delivery team, create a friendly and collaborative project environment, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance.

Take action to cheer the team on each milestone and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.

• Help define technology roadmap and solutions
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and IT Vendors, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues
• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to program leadership.
• Gather, monitor and report project status, timeline, finance and utilization metrics
• Holding status meeting and preparing a weekly status report which includes identification of, and updates to issues and risks
• Manage project budgets and financials. Accurately forecasts costs. Summarizes and uses project financials and clearly communicate results with management
• Addressing the needs, expectations, and concerns of the stakeholders during the course of the project. Includes appropriately managing the expectations of the business.
• Balancing competing project constraints, including Scope, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Resources, and Risk(s)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Planning project management with at least two full life cycle experience on implementation / transformation projects
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Broad knowledge of Planning Systems and Integrations with ERP, reporting, and Trade Systems
• Extensive Planning project management experience to develop realistic work estimates, project budgets and timelines to achieve project / team objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong Project Management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
• Strong process and service industry knowledge and experience in consumer / food sector is an asset
• Should be experienced in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with John Galt Planning Systems
• SAP Experience with SAP ECC / HANA.
• Experience Managing and coordinating work by offshore resources.
