The MIT Program is designed to be completed within 12 weeks, however everyone learns differently and the schedule may be adjusted to meet your learning needs.
We will also provide a schedule designed to develop you with overall basic knowledge for all stations, opening / closing tasks related to front of house(FOH) and back of house(BOH), the ability and coaching on how to train others and effectively run shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Support the development of a high performing team, leading as coach and mentor
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Completed E-Learning and Assessments
- Completed stationary training (FOH & BOH)
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated passion and leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality
- Open Availability
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
