As the company expands its impact, they are seeking a Data Analyst to join their finance team and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual.

The Role
Reporting into the VP of Finance, as a Data Analyst you will be comfortable working on your own and be confident to deliver findings to senior members of staff, making suggestion and recommendations to the business.
You will be able to run queries in SQL database and confidential spot trends and opportunities, helping the company make proactive decisions that maximize revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Distinguish between real movements in ARR vs billing issues and normalize as needed.
- Where recurring billing / Salesforce issues exist, surface trends for correction.
- Identify trends in downsell / churn by segment, product family and type.
- Identify trends in upsell / new logo and provide feedback to sales.
- Own and analyze Logo and Dollar-based retention company wide, breaking out by segment, product and service type.
- Create and analyze cohort-based view of bookings and retention#
- In addition to billings-based ARR cube, work through data issues to create bookings-based ARR cube for more leading-edge analysis.
- Create true bookings-to-billings waterfall and integrate with backlog reporting.
- Create and maintain RCM revenue forecast.
- Maintain and analyze RCM capacity and productivity model.
- Perform price increase data analytics work.
- Support advanced GTM analytics requiring SQL (conversation and win rates by create date cohort and product)
- Fuse KPIs into management dashboard and keep updated in real-time.
- Run queries on SQL database
What you need :
- 2+ years’ BI & Data experience
- Strong querying skills
- SaaS experience
- SQL experience
- Working with Finance teams
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
What we’d like to see :
- SaaS sector experience
- Previous experience in a PE-backed business
- Salesforce experience
