Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Work & Travel Area(s)
Typical work week is Monday Friday with ability to work overtime when needed.
Be available for off hour Emergency On-Call as needed.
Depending on the service requirements for a particular customer or region, this position may require significant travel as well as overnight travel
Company Vehicle / Travel Expenses :
Company vehicle is provided
Corporate Travel card will be offered to pay for expenses (No expenses come out of your pocket)
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years working in a field service role
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time which may include overnight stays
- Valid Driver’s license acceptable to Honeywell
- Energy-efficiency installation experience
- Strong customer focus skills and ability to build & maintain relationships

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
