Claims Specialist

We’re looking for a

Claims & Rebates Specialist

to join our team — someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and great communication.

What You’ll

✅ Receive, review, and process damage, shortage, warranty, and rebate claims

✅ Be the main point of contact for customers and vendors

✅ Verify invoices, shipping records, and supporting documents

✅ Submit rebate claims and track payments or credits

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams

✅ Reconcile rebate statements and prepare reports

✅ Keep digital records organized and recommend process improvements

What We’re Looking

2+ years of experience in claims processing, rebates, or a related operations role (logistics or hospitality a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and data management

Detail-focused, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities

A proactive team player with a “let’s solve it” attitude
