IT Compliance Specialist
Insight Global is looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to support a large client in Richmond, VA. This role is hybrid with one week onsite in downtown Richmond, one week remote.
This individual needs to be local to Richmond, VA.
Job responsibilities are listed below :
- Reviewing policies, requirements, suggesting process improvements
- Develop, implement, perform, and maintain IT, operational, and planning compliance
- Generating reports to save as audit evidence
- Collaborating with other client business units to compile and validate evidence
- Maintain systems to track / monitor compliance according to standards
- Working within technical programs and teams, information systems, etc.
Must Haves :
- Background in IT Compliance, Auditing, and / or SOX Compliance
- 2-3+ years’ experience within compliance, auditing, or security frameworks (ex. NIST)
- IT or Information Systems understanding / background (through education or professional career)
- Strong experience writing procedures, system monitoring, routine checks, etc.
Plusses :
- Industry experience within Electrical or Utility
- Experience within NERC, FERC, or CIP
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
