We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Canton, OH office.

The selected candidate ( LPN ) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area.

As an essential part of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will be an LPN who aspires to embrace a leadership position, thrive within a collaborative environment, and contribute to our shared successes.

LPN Benefits :

LPN Responsibilities Include :

  • Training : Nurturing the development of our team members through comprehensive training programs.
  • Assessments : In-home supervisory assessments.
  • Compliance : Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Scheduling : Orchestrating effective schedules for caregivers and clients alike.
  • Customer Service : Prioritizing exceptional service for our valued clients.
  • Employee Engagement : Fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Marketing : Contributing to our outreach efforts within the community.

LPN Administrative Tasks :

  • Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.
  • Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices.
  • Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers.
  • Train Caregivers on a needs basis.
  • Communicate effectively with staff.
