Part-Time Evening Supervisor

Location : Richmond, VA

Pay : $16.00 / Hour

Hours : Monday - Friday, 5 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Lead and motivate a team of janitorial staff to achieve daily and weekly cleaning goals.
• Oversee and participate in various cleaning tasks, including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness to guarantee a spotless facility at the end of each day.
• Train and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and motivation needed to excel.
• Take corrective actions as needed to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• A solid work history that reflects a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, building occupants, and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet throughout the shift and perform tasks that involve walking, bending, lifting, and more.
• Prior supervisory experience is required, as you'll be guiding and mentoring a diverse team daily.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying day-to-day responsibilities and different team dynamics.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
