Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient / client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
- from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or equivalent educ / experience
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need Or equivalent educ / experience
- Upon hire : Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
