We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

What You Bring : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and accessibility
• Ensure the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions, verifying documentation, and conducting regular audits
• Interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of items, document necessary information, and utilize reports to monitor and project warehouse status
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices for enhanced efficiency
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
