Job Description :
Coordinate and manage cross functional teams. Execute and deliver on exciting and innovative machine learning programs.
Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter / intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
Required Skills :
5+ years of Technical Program Management / Engineering Management experience.
Knowledge of full lifecycle development process including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of key architecture components of distributed computing systems.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact, influence and communicate at various levels of the organization.
Experience working with globally dispersed teams.
Self-starter with an ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Excited about challenging tasks.
