The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation.
You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
- Understand customer's journey and their needs, and acutely understand companies' system and the regulatory environment.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to identify and plan product capabilities roadmap to meet business objectives and long-term goals.
- Develop product vision and strategy, identify new opportunities, and create a shared understanding throughout the organization to foster agreement on the importance of product features and the sequence of the feature delivery.
- Communicate product strategy, updates, roadmaps, and progress to all stakeholders, so that the decisions taken in the organization can be made with the product direction in mind.
- Manage the product requirements, prioritize the needs of diverse stakeholders, translate the needs into product feature requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product design.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or management information system
- Demonstrable experience (5+ years) in software product management or equivalent experience with successful history of delivering customer-oriented, complex software solutions.
- Certification in Agile Product Management or Scrum Product Owner is required.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, collaborative, empowering others.
- Advanced ability to develop and tell the business case, be able to influence diversified stakeholders and drive consensus to achieve common goals.
- Experienced (5+ years) with business strategy and roadmap development i.e., identify, prioritize, develop business case, create roadmaps, and build product backlogs.
