First-Time Travelers Accepted License : NC or Compact License Required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS); Chemotherapy Certification Preferred Must-Have : - Medical Oncology Experience- Outpatient Experience- EPIC Charting Experience Job Description : - Work with physicians in a medical oncology unit.
- Responsible for accessing ports; no IV placement required.- Triage and outpatient care duties.- Float between different oncology clinics as needed.
- Manage adult, outpatient hematology, oncology, and supportive care diagnoses.- Navy scrubs required.- No call or weekend requirements.
- Complete orientation and modules prior to start. Additional Information : - Maximum of 7 days of requested time off, with restrictions.
- Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.- Fatigue policy in place : limit to 5 consecutive working days / off consecutive hours per week.
- Travel pairs allowed on different units.
