Job Description
What you will bedoing :
- Amember and leader of a valued engagement team providing federalstate and local tax compliance and consulting services to realestate clients.
- Consult with clients regardingtax and business matters.
- Proactively deliverexceptional client service in a timely professional and accuratemanner.
- Lead and plan clientengagements.
- Provide tax planning and savingsopportunities to the client.
- Identifyopportunities to provide additional consultative solutions andservices that will provide value to the client.
- Work with the other tax consulting services pertaining totax matters in the state and local high net worth internationalresearch and development cost segregation and other advisoryservices.
- Be involved in Thought Leadershipwithin the real estate team.
- Assist with allareas of client engagement regarding staffing billing andengagement economics.
Experience you will need :
- Bachelors Degree in accountingMasters Law or advanced degree desirable.
- CPAor JD required.
- 5 years of experienceproviding federal and state tax compliance accounting and advisoryservices in a professional services firm to real estate clientsincluding supervisory and mentoring skills andexperience.
- Demonstrated leadership projectmanagement communication and analytical skills.
- A track record of providing exceptional clientservice.
- Proficient software and MicrosoftSuite skills.
