Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines for various production runs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and machine setups.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with press brake operations and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
