Details :
- Provide highquality, comprehensive, professional clinical care to patients according toestablished standards, protocols, and practices.
- Take detailedmedical histories, assess medical conditions, and interpret findingsaccurately.
- Communicateeffectively with patients, peers, and other stakeholders both orally and inwriting.
- Maintain timely,thorough, and accurate written clinical documentation.
- Make evidence-basedclinical decisions and comply with department and organizational qualitymeasures.
- Provide culturallycompetent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
- Utilize electronichealth records and other computer systems proficiently.
- Perform otherduties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Graduation from anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Valid State ofConnecticut licensure.
- DEA and statenarcotic registration, or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 1 yearexperience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care(preferred).
- Ability to pass apre-employment background check and drug screen.
