• Companionship : $14.00 / hour
• PCA : $15.00 / hour
• CNA : $16.50 / hour
• Nursing Assistant : $15.50 / hour
• Plus, a $0.50 raise after completing the required training.

Responsibilities :

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, linen changing).
• Help with dressing and laying out clothes.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments.
• Educate family members on safe care techniques.

Qualifications :

• CNA license or PCA certification.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Capability to interpret the client's care plan.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations.
• Tolerance to small pets (dogs and / or cats).
• Reachable via phone or email for scheduling and emergencies.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is a plus!
• Must pass a background check.
