As part of the management team at Chick-fil-A Mid Rivers, you will work closely with other leaders to develop our team and shape the future of our business.
This job centers around 5 Key Accountabilities.1.Job Development- Hire, position, and train the right team members for the right roles.
Provide accountability and feedback for prioritizing job expectations and following restaurant compliances.2.Business Development- Grow the business by utilizing knowledge to promote guest satisfaction and profitability.
Set goals to ensure priorities are aligned.3.Self-Development- Takes the initiative to own personal growth and ask the powerful questions that lead to discovery and innovation.
4.Leadership Development- Increase leadership growth, knowledge, and capacity within the team by providing coaching, opportunities, and resources.
5.Live The Brand- By valuing relationships and results while believing and modeling the vision of the restaurant. Requirements / Responsibilities Available 35-45 hours per week.
