RN Salary : Starts at $85K / year + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

LPN : paid per visit

Service Area : Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment (plus mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with rotation every 6th weekend)

The RN / LPN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience.

The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Qualifications :

• One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of home health care experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service / direct member contact field preferred
• Experience supervising caregivers
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota Nursing License or Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse
• Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
