The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.

In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

About this Role

The HR Generalist provides full-service approach to human resources administration for a site and / or contract(s) under assignment.

These include but are not limited to : Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding and Orientation, Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Offboarding, Compliance, Safety, and Policy Adherence, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Engagement and Retention.

What We Offer You

Team members will start between $70k and $90k per year. All full-time employees deemed eligible under the Affordable Care Act may participate in medical, dental, and vision insurances.

All qualified team members are eligible and will automatically be enrolled in a matching 401(k). Paid time off in the form of vacation and sick days will also be made available.

While there will be an on-site expectation, there will also be routine opportunities to work remotely up to 50% of the position.

Who Will Be Most Successful In This Role

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 2 or More Years of Experience as an HR Generalist
  • Familiarity with HRIS, particularly Rippling, for management of Employment Data and Recruitment Processes
  • Experience in challenges related to airport staffing or airline operations.
  • Bilingual / multilingual in Spanish.
  • PHR / SHRM-CP certifications

Additional Considerations

To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
