As a Youth Driver , you'll play a vital role in ensuring kids have safe and reliable transportation, helping them access the programs that make a difference in their lives.

What You'll Do :

• Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity.
• Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws.
