Position : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location : Santa Rosa, CA
Salary : $45 to $55 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Physical Therapists to provide exceptional care to residents / patients
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
Requirements :
- Valid certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Current licensure in the state of California
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
