Facilities Assistant
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm with 30-minute lunch break
Responsibilities :
Facilities Assistant will maintain break rooms to include :
- Stocking with beverages, snacks and supplies
- Preparing coffee
- Servicing and cleaning the coffee machines
- Ensure the supply room is full, neat and organized at all times
- Facilities Assistant will receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Facilities Assistant will breakdown boxes on a daily basis and dispose accordingly
- Facilities Assistant will reset and tidy all conference rooms after each use
- Facilities Assistant will cover the front desk when the receptionist is at lunch or out of the office
- Facilities Assistant will help move large boxes and heavy items as requested
- Stock copy rooms with countertop supplies (tape, pens, etc.)
Requirements :
- A college student with some admin type experience or experienced admin professional
- Previous Microsoft Outlook experience
