EssentialFunctions :
- Understandapplicable state Practice Act and adhere to the laws which governhow Physical Therapist Assistants may practice under the directionand supervision of a licensed PhysicalTherapist.
- Review the ClinicalOperations Policies & Procedures Manual on a yearly basisand adhere to the policies and procedures setforth.
- Complete all Medicarecompliance trainings as required by regulations and / orpolicies.
- Carry out skilledtreatment programs as directed by a licensed PhysicalTherapist.
- Document in charts usingaccepted medical terminology andformat.
- Complete writtendocumentation (daily notes charge tickets etc.) legiblyappropriately and in a timely fashion in order to meet facilityphysician and payordeadlines.
- Maintains a current CPRcertification that meets state licensurerequirements
