Requirements :

• Required Certifications : State licensed, BLS
• Required Skills : Inpatient / Acute care, Drug Interactions, Automation problem resolution, Automation Stocking, Automation Use, Formulary approved product list, National Drug Code (NDC) lot numbers function and application, Ordering and receiving processes (maintain par levels, rotate stock), Removal (recalls, returns, outdates, reverse distribution), Storage requirements, Aseptic Technique, Compound a Sterile and Non Sterile Product, Labeling requirements, Order entry process, Packaging requirements, Prepare Chemo, Prepare IV mixtures, Sterilize a laminar or horizontal flow hood, State licensed

Job Details :

• Pay : $1232 / week - $1461 / week
• Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
• Shift : 5, 8-Hour 07 : 00 - 15 : 30
• At least one year of experience required
