As an early career physician, you will take over the practice of an established general surgery department, stepping into a turn-key position that offers a rewarding and fulfilling career in our close-knit, family-friendly mountain community.
Position Overview :
- Bread and Butter General Surgery with opportunities for growth
- 2 day in clinic and 2 days blocked for OR
- Call Schedule : 1 : 3, typically light,
- Ideal for new graduate physicians - Mentorship and training provided by an established surgeon
Compensation and Benefits :
- Total compensation of $563,002
- Student loan repayment assistance directly from the hospital to your lender
- $50,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks paid time off, and 2 weeks for CME
