Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Benefits Include :
- Competitive Wages (although the base wage is $17 / hr, tip sharing has been averaging an additional $5-$10 / hour more so total earnings end up being much higher.
- Tip Sharing ( upon completion of training / probationary period; keep in mind, tips are never guaranteed and considered an elective gratuity between guest and employee)
