Provide customers with excellent customer service and respect Being an expert entails : staying up to date with training and assisting other technicians with unresolved issues on occasion as an expert Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation 5+ years of experience performing service repairs Master Service Technician certification preferred Are mechanically skilled, Customer-focused, self-driven, and an independent problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work. Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred

Hours 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM, Every other Saturday. Hours may change in the off-season to 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
