A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and understand recruitment needs
Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
Build and maintain relationships with candidate communities and provide strategic insights on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Eight or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical environment
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; experience with UKG and iCMS preferred
Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for specialized technical roles
Understanding of EEO legislation and compliance related to recruitment and employment
